Megan Lecas is the senior vice president and chief operating officer, WellSpan Medical Group, responsible for strategic direction, vision, growth, and operational excellence.
As a seasoned professional with more than 35 years of ambulatory care experience, Megan is known for driving growth, maximizing operational performance, and developing strategic ambulatory plans. Before serving as a Senior Vice President, Megan served as the WellSpan’s Vice President of the Women’s and Childrens and as a Chief Operating Officer of the WellSpan Medical Group.
Megan holds an MBA from Seton Hill University. Megan has been engaged in a wide variety of health and community related organizations, such as the March of Dimes, YMCA, Girl Scouts of America and Luther Care Long Term Care.
